All dogs campaigned are winners at the upper lever of competition, a testament to their correct type, sound body and temperament.

All my dogs have been ACES eye tested as having normal eyes and unaffected CEA/CH, adults are rechecked by an ACES ophthalmologist. All current dogs are genetically clear of all DNA conditions tested for except 1 dog being a carrier of CEA/CH, all are genetically clear of MDR1, DM, PRA, VWDIII, GBM etc.

Established 1980, DAYDREAM has been the home of 27 Sheltie conformation Champions including many Best Exhibit in Show All Breeds, Specialty, National and Royal Challenge winners. We have also bred several obedience and agility title holders.

We are the only exhibitors of shetland sheepdogs to win Puppy In Show at Sydney Royal… Gr. Ch. Daydream Darien is also the youngest dog to win RUBIS at a sheltie national. He is also a ROMA which is a honour bestowed on him by the Shetland Sheepdog club for siring at least 10 champions. He sired 20.

We are situated in the south west Sydney on small acreage. Our dogs firstly are our much loved pets and then they are show dogs.

We only keep small numbers and do not breed very often but when we do all puppies are born in the house and well socialised by our grandchildren.

They are sold on limited register which means they are not for breeding or showing but can compete in obedience, agility etc or just be a much loved family companion.

To purchase a puppy from us you need to have a fully fenced yard and the time to put into grooming and socialising a puppy.

Puppies are health checked, wormed ,vaccinated,micrchipped before leaving for their new homes.

They come with all relevant paper work , food , grooming and feeding guide etc.

My love for the sheltie began when I a young girl. I started showing in 2003 and bred my first litter in 2006 Shelties are truly a wonderful dog that brings so much joy to ones life.
When looking at a sheltie my heart just melted with that sweet face.

My dogs are bred in a loving environment and socialised well as I feel this is very important. My dogs are not only show dogs they are much loved members of my family. In fact I don't think they know their dogs sometimes!!

Limbunya is a small kennel , having had shelties for nearly 40 years , competing at Obedience level first before the Conformation ring took my interest .

The photo above is one of the proudest moments as a parent for me.

On the 3rd October 2009 I was lucky enough to see my children handle dogs they love to win Best in Group and Runner up in Group at the same show. Nicole went onto win BEST IN SHOW with a sheltie that I bred "Lyndream To Be A Magician" Toby. Toby is sired by Nicole's main stud dog Ch Louanda Simply Magic from the lovely Nigma Elle.
Thomas is also nearing Logan's (Ch Ellagant Rhapsody In Blue) Grand Champion title

We often show together yet retain our own kennel prefix. It is still a family affair and we hope that there is another wonderful day just like this around the corner.

Currently I only breed Shelties but hope to have a Aussie litter next year some time.

I have been showing dogs for over 35 years. I previously handled for the Almaroy Kennel (for over 20 years ) and during that time bred using the Almaroy prefix.
In 2005 I bred my first bi black (black & white) under the Almaroy prefix) that I had great success within the ring although shown sparingly with Jack winning at a high level under many specialist breed judges.
Since then I have blended lines to strive to keep breeding well constructed, sound dogs of good breed type. All my dogs are from English bloodlines.
I had quite a long break from showing my shelties due to health reasons but have recently been able to start showing them again since surgery and am continuing on with enjoying some lovely wins with my current team.

News Flash Rimini Wild Colonial Boy is Merlin's grand son and is showing he has what it takes after 28 shows he has been baby of breed at 24 of them plus picking up 3 baby in shows and 9 baby in groups

Est 1982 we are a small kennel breeding Shelties of correct UK type. We only breed up to 3 times a year, with all puppies raised in the home.

In Dec 2012 our first litter was born to frozen semen. From that we kept a girl "Holly" who became Ch Sunland Shes All Show (ai) and is now the dam of champion progeny as well.

All breeding stock health tested - hips, elbows, DNA & eye tested at as puppies.

Breeding quality not quantity.
