Our Tibs are consistent winners in most states of Australia for their respective owners. A small kennel of selective lines, bred for overall correct type and soundness. We never lose sight that Tibbies should be sweet tempered and individual, making them ideal companions for families or for the elderly. Our puppies are house reared with access to the garden. Over the past few years I have imported dogs from Europe and New Zealand with the aim to improve ,health and type .Today i breed very selectivly a few times a year. In 2018 Darcy won Best of Breed at Melbourne Royal, Sydney Royal & Adelaide Royal.

I have owned & shown Tibetan Spaniels since 1994 and in that time have shown 11 Tibbies - 2 Australian Supreme Champions, 3 Australian Grand Champions and 6 Australian Champions.

I am a very selective breeder and my breeding stock has been tested for PRA3 (through the Animal Health Trust, UK).

Hi I am Carol Olive.
I have currently been breeding this breed since 1992 & have slowly been improving my lines throughout the years.
Currently breeding colours such as sable, cream, gold, cream & white & black & white & party.
Bloodlines range from Parkwell, Stinear, Mantassi, Myikyi & Shadowvale.
My aim in this breed is to maintain & improve the standard of my puppies as close as is possible whilst breeding happy, friendly, healthy pups.
All our pups are well socialized & receive c3 vacc, microchip & vet checked.
Tibetans are a small breed, growing to 10 inches high & are a one on one person dog. They are very cute & loyal & will warn of any pending strangers.
A once per week brush will keep out any tangles as they are very low maintenance & easy to care for.

Tibbies are a wonderful breed, full of character and charm. Our tibbies are a part of our family. This ancient breed was known to be the temple dogs that kept watch for and kept warm the laps of monks in Tibet. They are sometimes described as "part dog, part cat and part monkey". Be warned this breed is addictive and it can be hard to stop at one. We may have pups to approved homes in the future as we plan to breed for our next showdogs.

We have enjoyed great success with our Aust Gr Ch Telavier Memories - "Mimi" or commonly known as Grasshopper, with many great wins including a History making Best in Group - Royal Canberra Show 2017. Mimi won Best in Show at the 2015 Sydney Specialty, and again a Best in Show and a Runner Up Best in Show at the two Sydney Specialties in 2017. Mimi is a also a Multiple Best off Breed winner at both the Sydney and Canberra Royal's. We would like to say a huge thank you to Pam Dron from Telavier Tibetan Spaniels for entrusting this gorgeous little girl to us. Mimi has certainly won our hearts

We added an exciting addition to our team with our Swedish import, SE CH & Aust CH Fladerlyckans Azzion joining the Uwish team in 2019. "Fridolf" was the number 1 Tibetan Spaniel in Sweden in 2017, and brings impeccable bloodlines to Australia. He had immediate success in his first All Breeds Show with a Best In Group at Gunning and Best of Breed at the Canberra Royal. Now he is a multiple BOB winner at Canberra and Adelaide Royals. Most importantly he brings a stunning personality and has already sired some stunning kids.

Fridolf and Mimi are our foundation Tibbies and we are incredibly grateful that this is the case.

Evamet is a boutique kennel based in Central Queensland, that has achieved much in the three short years since commencing showing in 2014. All dogs in this kennel are Australian Champions.
The bloodlines of this kennel are based totally on imported Irish blood going back to Chenrezi Uk on the dog’s side and Glishana Ire on the bitches. Dogs and bitches from these kennels are extensively shown and sort after in the European breeding circles.
Larry’s foundation bitch CH. Tyju Eva Ready is a daughter of Brisbane Royal Champion CH. Glishana Tyrer’s Hocos Pocos (IRE) and full sister to Brisbane Royal Challenge Bitch CH. Tyju Anastasia. His Stud dog CH. Tyju Domino is a half brother to 2017 Brisbane Royal winner CH. Atalaird Don Quixote out of an Irish imported Chenrezi bitch holding them high in showing circles.
These bloodlines carry the very strong and desirable parti colour gene running in both sides, although neither the dog or the bitch are parti coloured their litter has produced a number of parti coloured puppies. These very showy house reared puppies will go on to do very well in the show ring and make excellent pets fitting in to any family life style.
Evamet will be a prefix to watch for future breeding blood lines.

To prevent inbreeding and increased risk of genetic diseases I have invested heavily financially in importing new bloodlines from prestigious international kennels. I have focused on American and European lineage due to the extensive health testing in the breed in these countries.

All Khyisenge breeding stock undergo Breed Specific Health Screening:
Tested CLEAR for Patella Luxation
DNA tested CLEAR for PRA-3 gene via AHT UK.
There is NO genetic test available for the other form of PRA.
All our dogs are profiled and pups parentage verified validating health testing results.

Ethical preservation of our breed.

We have invested (and continue to invest) in importing health tested lines to safely diversify the gene pool here. The prominent health issues we are seeing now in the breed are genetically proven to be a direct result of "multiple genetic copies of one dog".

Our dogs are fully DNA profiled & health tested (PRA3, PFK, HUU, DM, Hiplaxity, Primary Hyperoxaluria) with annual eye and patella checks the norm.
Puppies are all DNA swabbed for profiling and health testing.

Our available puppies are rare but magical. All puppies are sold on one of 3 types of contracts, (Pet/Show, Breeding & Guardian)

ALL puppies are personally delivered to your home to ensure we have all made the best decision for the puppy/dog.

We give lifetime support - and mean it however we will not leave a puppy in a situation we deem unacceptable.

We are a dog loving family, who lives rurally on 5 acres in the amazing Taranaki, NZ.

We have been involved in the show scene for a number of years having only entered Tibetan Spaniels in 2019 (due to finding the breed very hard to enter). I grew up around cocker spaniels and beagles. We had exhibited Chihuahuas for a few years before changing to Tibetan Spaniels, and also show Japanese Spitz
During our short time in tibbies, we have been extremely competitive in a strong line up of Tibetan Spaniels often 20+ per show, with numerous BOB and RBOB, many group class wins, and age class in show wins. I am proud to say that each of our tibbies have won atleast in group age class.

We now have 10 tibbies in our family, which are first and foremost family pets, and are secondly show dogs.
We have recently imported Aust Ch Tunamara Takam Tsha, who brings exciting new lines to NZ.

I am very lucky to have 2 very enthusiastic Junior Handlers, who love the dogs as much as I do, and are fantastic handlers, and help exhibit the team exceptionally well.

All our dogs are PRA3 clear (each and every dog is individually tested).
