2011 : Competing in approx half the number of shows as the eventual winner Strop was best male mini wire and 2nd overall.
Strop is entered in the 2012 Pointscore to showcase TINSNIPS but will not be shown much, therefore he will not be a contender for the top spots but good luck to all those competitors that are actively participating this year.
Stroppy started his show career on the 26th April 2010 in Baby puppy class. From July 2010 he became eligible to gain points towards his title however he was shown sparingly as weekends are not always about dog shows! Strop won the leading Mini wire in the All Breeds Pointscore and came 3rd to his other kennel mates in the Breed and Rising Star competitions 2010 despite limited showing. Strop had the required points to gain his title by October 2010 but had to wait till he acheived 25 more after he turned a year old to have the Championship recognised. Strop will probably not mature up until he is 3:: waiting patiently :)

Strop BEST PUPPY in SHOW at the Dachshund Club of Victoria Championship Show Sept 2010.
Reserve Dog CC and Ru Best Of Breed and Best Puppy of Breed Melbourne Royal Show Sept 2010.
Two well contested Junior in Groups gained with limited showing in 2011.
BOB Melbourne Royal 2011: Judge didnt hestitate to give him BOB before even setting him up :: Good lad Strop!
BOB and Intermediate in Show at the prestigious Hound Club of Vic Champ show Nov 2011 under International judges.
