Our lovely Django had a peaceful end to his wonderful life on 12 March 2016. Django was the outstanding puppy in Sorcha's first litter and totally fulfilled that promise, proving a dog rich in character, talent and loving devotion. He gained his Australian Champion title from limited showing, with many class in group wins. However, his great joy was in performance sports where he quickly gained his Companion Dog title and subsequently his Agility and Jumping titles. His love of heelwork resulted in his return to trialing in Rally-Obedience at twelve years young, where he gained three passes at Victoria's inaugural Rally-O Trial with three seconds and scores of 97, 92 and 98.

Django was a fabulous member of our canine family, keeping the grrrls in line (well so he thought!), playing with the youngsters and providing great companionship and endless entertainment. His role as Libby's partner in Animal Assisted Therapy was remarkable, enhancing therapeutic connection with really hurt children. His star turn as the Dingo in our extremely fractured 'Little Red Riding Hood and the Dingo' was a highlight!

After 16 fabulous years, we miss Django mightily but have enduring memories of a life very well lived.
