I had hoped to use Susan Krol’s beautiful boy Devlin (Ch Kyntaf Blessing N Disguise) over one of my bitches for years and I could barely have hoped for more from this mating, which produced Cady’s third litter. Jet (short for Jete, an apt name for a pup destined for an agility career) was chosen from an outstanding litter of seven puppies whelped in late 2009.

Jet is a beautiful bitch with exceptional movement and a wonderful, biddable temperament. Her willingness to please, enjoyment of training and trialling and general versatility (four titles in three disciplines as well as show points in 2012) are tribute to her lovely parents. She is a loving grrl with a strong desire to engage and please, and enjoys pretty much anything she does with me, from bush walks to beach runs to trialling, training, showing, going camping, Animal Assisted Therapy and visiting friends.

I was extremely slack with Jet's show career - two years showing only at Royals and Breed Specialty shows was a bit poor. But with Susan's encouragement we returned to the Show ring in October 2012, and in less than 12 months of intermittent showing accumulated the points Jet needed for her conformation title. And in December 2013, she was awarded Champion In Show at the Border Collie Club of Victoria's Open Show.

At her first agility trialling weekend in 2013, Jet completed her JDX title, but Masters was put on hold with her whelping and raising a litter of five happy, healthy puppies, sired by Sup Ch Khayoz All The KIngs Men CDX.

Jet completed her Rally Excellent title at the Border Collie Club of Victoria's 2015 trial.

She whelped her second litter on 26 February 2016, sired by Gaye McKiernan's handsome boy Madra (Ch Steadfast That Ol Black Magic ET) - five beautiful babbies, including a blue boy, much to our surprise. We are having great fun raising them. All these puppies are spoken for.
