My husband and I are both veterinarians. We bought our first female chocolate Labrador Retriever in 1988 and have owned and loved the breed ever since.
We only breed occasional litters, and our breeding focus is on soundness, type and temperament. We aim to produce the "dual purpose" dog, suitable for showing or working, while also being the ideal family pet.
Our breeding stock is DNA tested with low hip and elbow scores and clear eye certificates. Our puppies are lovingly reared in a family environment on our farm in central Victoria and exposed to young children, other dogs, cats, chickens, guinea fowl, horses, cattle, motor bikes, tractors etc.
Our recent litter of 8 gorgeous chocolate puppies (4 girls and 4 boys) was born on 14th April 2024 and will be advertised in the coming weeks. Expressions of interest welcome.

All puppies will be vaccinated, micro chipped, vet checked, and will come with pedigree papers regardless if they are for pedigree purposes or as a pet.

Both parents are on view. All enquiries welcome.

I am committed to breeding the best labradors possible - with temperament, health, conformation and versatility all being vital "ingredients" in what I think a labrador should be. I'm keen to keep (and nurture) the natural retrieve drive this breed has, combining it with the temperament that makes them the ideal family pet, and also for them to be able to hold their own in the show ring - great structure enables them to be fit for function.
My guys are raised in the home as part of the family and fed on a raw natural diet.
Puppies occasionally available to approved homes.
